CBSA issues dumping determination on wheat gluten from six countries
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 10.1% to 26.1% are now payable on the subject goods
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping with respect to wheat gluten from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 10.1% to 26.1% will now be payable on the subject good that are released from customs on or after December 23, 2020.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by April 22, 2021, if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
