Provisional duties at rates ranging from 3.7% to 28.4% will now be payable on the subject goods
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 3.7% to 28.4% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after February 4, 2021.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by June 4, 2021, if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
