Tribunal maintains injury finding on oil country tubular goods from China
The Trade Tribunal says resumption of dumping would result in injury to Canadian industry
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in March 2010 (and prolonged in 2015) concerning the dumping and subsidizing of oil country tubular goods from China.
The Tribunal found that the dumping and subsidizing of the above-mentioned goods were likely to result in injury to Canadian industry.
The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these products.
