Tribunal maintains injury finding on certain whole potatoes from the United States

The Trade Tribunal says resumption of dumping would result in injury to Canadian industry

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in June 1984 concerning the dumping of certain whole potatoes imported from the United States of America, for use or consumption in the province of British Columbia

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding with respect to subject goods from the U.S. was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these goods.
