CBSA issues dumping determination on grinding media from India
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 32.2% to 89.5% are now payable on the subject goods
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to certain grinding media from India.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 32.2% to 89.5% will now be payable on the subject good that are released from customs on or after April 30, 2021.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by August 27, 2021, if the dumping and subsidizing are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
