CBSA confirms dumping/subsidizing decisions on non-structural plywood from China
The Agency terminated the investigation on goods from certain exporters, trade tribunal will now decide on injury to domestic industry
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it terminated the dumping investigation in respect of certain decorative and other non-structural plywood from several exporters from China. The CBSA has, however, made a final determination of dumping on said goods originating in or exported by all other exporters from China
The CBSA also announced that it terminated the subsidizing investigation in respect of the same goods from several exporters from China, and also made a final determination of subsidizing on said goods originating in or exported by all other exporters from China
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by February 19, 2021.
