CBSA confirms dumping decision on wheat gluten from six countries

The trade tribunal is continuing its inquiry on injury to the domestic industry

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it made its final determination of dumping in respect of certain wheat gluten originating in or exported from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping is causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by April 22, 2021.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal’s order or finding.
