CBSA confirms dumping decision on corrosion-resistant steel sheet from four countries

The trade tribunal is continuing its inquiry on injury to the domestic industry.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it made its final determination of dumping of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from China, Chinese Taipei, India and South Korea.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping is causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by February 21, 2019.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal’s order or finding.
