CBSA confirms dumping decision on concrete reinforcing bar from 7 countries
The trade tribunal is continuing its inquiry on injury to the domestic industry
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it made its final determination of dumping in respect of certain concrete reinforcing bar from the Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping is causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by June 4, 2021.
Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal’s order or finding.
