CBSA issues dumping determination on non-structural plywood from China
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 2% to 203.08% are now payable on the subject goods
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to certain decorative and other non-structural plywood from China.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 2% to 203.08% will now be payable on the subject good that are released from customs on or after October 23, 2020.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by February 19, 2021, if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
