Tribunal to decide if certain welded pipe should be exempt from anti-dumping duty
Trade Tribunal will determine whether a requested product exclusion should be granted
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated an interim review of its October 2016 finding concerning welded pipe originating in or exported from China and Japan. This interim review was initiated at the request of a Canadian corporation.
The purpose of the review is to determine if the 2016 finding should be continued with or without amendment, and whether the requested product exclusion should be granted or not.
Interested parties are invited to file written submissions with the Tribunal no later than noon on March 19, 2021.
