Tribunal finds dumping of nitisinone capsules from Sweden does not injure Canadian industry
The Tribunal terminated the injury inquiry with respect to the subject goods.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it found that the dumping of nitisinone capsules, originating in or exported from Sweden, has not caused and is not threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
Anti-dumping duties will therefore not be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency.
The complainant in this case was a manufacturer in Quebec. The Tribunal will publish its statement of reasons by May 3, 2019
