CBSA issues dumping determination on steel sheet from Turkey, the UAE and Vietnam
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 36.3% to 91.8% are now payable on the subject goods.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping with respect to certain certain corrosion resistant steel sheet from Turkey, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Vietnam.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 36.3% to 91.8% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after March 20, 2020.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
